CADWorx PLANT and AutoCAD PLANT 3D produce piping isometric drawings from 3D piping models.  ISOWorx bulk update drawing border block attributes and rename files from Line Lists. As piping isometrics are processed they automatically move between stage gate directories.

SOCKETWorx as a Service (SaaS) is a web solution where users can manage piping design projects.
Related to this article, Line Lists are managed in SaaS so piping designers and engineers can collaborate under inherent change control mechanisms.

Managing engineering and design Line Lists

Historically, Excel workbooks have been used for line lists and reporting.
In 2023, the integration between ISOWorx and SOCKETWorx offers an alternative.

It enables engineers and designers to collaborate around one LineTag record to service project requirements. They add columns to data views and launch worksheet mode to modify LineTags

Navigate to Projects and Eng’g-Design Data tables using the Connection dropdown lists. Two default SaaS line lists will exist: Engineering Line List and ISOWorx Line List. An ISOWorx System View will automatically appear whenever the Process Line List is mapped to Isometric drawing borders.

Enter LineTags through your favorite web browser by using the Add button to insert a user-defined quantity of blank records.
