MTOWorx extracts materials to Excel report templates that are highly configurable for AutoCAD PLANT 3D or CADWorx Plant 3D Models. ECE offers 5 example use case templates in the Worx Projects so users can repurpose them for their deployments. This blog post presents MTOWorx’s capability to set up reports that contain CAD data, MTOWorx Data, and SOCKETWorx Parts Catalog data.

What are SOCKETWorx Load Sheets?
They are highly configurable Excel reports for CADWorx or AutoCAD Plant 3D models. Optionally, they can be appended with columns from saas.socketworx.com parts catalogs. MTOWorx repurposes the parts catalog columns as part number lookup lists, hence the name of this processor.
Once part numbers are involved, component information such as unit cost estimates, commodity codes for accounting, or work order information can be appended to Bill of Material (BOM) reports as SOCKETWorx lookup values.
Six Load Sheet Reports are built in, and each can be customized to satisfy use cases.
A short video and detailed instructions on configuring MTOWorx Load Sheet Templates follow.
All these reports are contained within the ECE ‘Worx Plugin Sample Projects’ that are available upon request.
