There is no doubt almost every Management of Change (MOC) event affects facility drawings, documents, and data.
So often;
- critical drawings such as P&IDs are in a complete state of flux because multiple MOC events affect them.
- there is no way to manage document change when one or more MOC events affect them.
- document changes are being hung up by subject matter experts, or simply fall through the cracks.
- MOCs are not closed because document revisions are not completed in a timely manner.
ECE has a solution to systematically address all these challenges.
Please come and take a look at how we are helping companies process document change orders against MOC events effectively.
During this webinar, ECE will be presenting a sustainable MOC Document Change Order system that:
- Quarantines affected drawings and documents
- Associates document markups
- Associates asset data modifications
- Associates reference files
And progresses MOC document change orders from:
OPEN, to
Work In Progress (WIP), to
Issued for Approval (IFA), to
Approved, to
Closed.
Learn how SOCKETWorx MOC integrates with existing MOC and Document Management deployments to provide the ultimate document and data change order system.

Detecting problems from spools that were prefabricated can be a difficult task. With recent technology developments in the field of laser scanning we now have the capacity to better detect and react when issues occur.
Join us for our next webinar where we merge SOCKETWorx, ECE’s web-based enterprise system and Leica Cyclone 3DR, a full-scale point cloud management solution with automated point cloud analysis and modelling. We’ll review a spool that was scanned at fabrication, prepare the cloud for analysis with Cyclone 3DR, then update its status on SOCKETWorx for all project stakeholders. In this webinar, we will demonstrate:
- A strategy for Spool Verification with Cyclone 3DR.
- How to create and share status for Spool Verification in SOCKETWorx.
- Automating the reports of Spool Verification.
Presenter: George Montgomery, ECE Design

Inaccurate or incomplete BOM and Weld lists cause expensive repairs and rework in the field. Not all of the data required in a BOM or Weld list are available from the piping model or even available at the time of creating your isometric drawings. This can lead to costly manual updates to every isometric, causing your project to fall behind schedule.
ISOWorx allows you to quickly add or modify information in your BOM and Weld list through CSVs or spreadsheets. ISOWorx then takes your required information and adds it to your isometric drawings.
Join us for our next webinar, where ISOWorx quickly adds additional information to your isometric BOM and Weld lists. We’ll review a line that needs required data to be added to the BOM and Weld list in your isometric drawing. In this webinar, we will demonstrate:
- Custom BOM and Weld list data
- Manage BOM and Weld data through a spreadsheet
- Show updated BOM and Weld data in your completed isometric drawings
